(GNI), is a WOSB, EDWOSB, State of Maryland’s DOT MBE/DBE, DCWASA (DC) Certified DBE, and State of Virginia’s (DMBE), VA SWaM-certified company that focuses on delivering information technology (IT) and professional services to Federal, State and commercial entities. Global Networks is a Maryland based corporation dedicated to Physical Security, Information Technology (IT) products, Information Assurance (IA), and Cyber Security, and the marketing of advanced technology security solutions, services, and products. GNI provides services to the Federal Government, local Government and private sectors. Our understanding of the range of issues that impact security in its entirety has evolved in the creation of Global Networks. From strategy and through execution GNI has a team of experienced team members to satisfy a broad range of services to our clients.

As the President and CEO of Global Networks Inc., Ms. Pinkney is responsible for directing all aspects of strategy, growth, and expansion in the Tri-state area of Maryland, Virginia and Washington, DC.
Andre Shelton
Executive Vice President
Mr. Andre Shelton is a strategic leader in cyber security and critical infrastructure protection. He serves as the Executive Director, applying and integrating systems engineering, research and analysis, and innovative technology to address a range of technology challenges within federal agencies.
Toni White
Chief Operating Officer
Ms. Toni White serves as the Chief Operating Officer and Program Manager for Global Networks Inc. As Chief Operating Officer, she drives Global Network’s business growth by building partnerships and maintaining relationships, facilitating sales opportunities, and assisting in developing the business and market strategy for the company.
Lizette Shelton
Director of Finance
Ms. Lizette Shelton serves many roles for Global Networks Inc., mainly serving as the Director of Finance. Ms. Shelton is responsible for the overall financial strategy, direction, and implementation of GNI, bringing 15+ years of management experience to the team.
